• Finality of Orders: Once an order is placed through our system, it is considered final. No changes, modifications, or cancellations will be considered or processed after the order confirmation has been issued.
• Accuracy of Information: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure all shipping and product details are correct before finalizing the purchase.

Refund and Return Policy

• No Monetary Refunds: We maintain a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final, and we do not offer monetary reimbursements for any completed transactions.
• Defective Products: We are committed to reliability and quality. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
• Replacement Timeline: To qualify for a replacement, defects must be reported immediately upon receipt. Once the defect is verified, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 10 working days.

Fulfillment and Delivery

• Our fulfillment process is designed to ensure efficiency and commitment to our clients. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Vataney is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
• Standard delivery and replacement timelines are subject to the logistical availability of our manufacturing partners.Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO): If an order is not received by the customer and is returned to its origin, the shipment will be held. We will only re-process and ship the order again after receiving explicit confirmation and updated details from the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-processing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary operations are based, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that region for the resolution of any disputes.
